CoValence has announced that Melinda Wochner is celebrating her 20th Anniversary at the company, now in her current role as chief marketing officer. Back in 1994, when CoValence had a total of three employees, Wochner was hired to fulfill a multitude of responsibilities including customer service, mixing, filling, R&D, shipping and supply chain. Today, with more than 100 employees in the company, she devotes her time solely to marketing, assisting CoValence, as well as its clients, in organizing and implementing marketing projects.
